PMI TANZANIA ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2023

The “2023 PMI Tanzania Annual Conference” centers around the theme of “Transformation and Sustainability – Addressing the Challenges of Tomorrow.” Scheduled for November 9 -10, the event aims to gather project owners, project management professionals, government officials, industry leaders, and stakeholders to explore how to navigate future challenges facing projects through transformation and sustainability.

The conference comprises of three sub-themes representing key issues facing projects namely: Project Financing of the Future, Projects and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), and Digital Transformation and Project Management.

The conference targets 200+ project management professionals from various sectors, with a focus on engaging government stakeholders, national associations, and international agencies. The event will take place in Arusha, Tanzania, at Gran Melia.

Key objectives include encouraging transformative thinking, integrating sustainability into project management, sharing knowledge, facilitating networking amongst members and stakeholders, and showcasing thought leadership. Highlights include keynote presentations, interactive panel discussions, workshops, case studies, exhibitions, networking events, and sponsor showcases.

Our secondary objectives include creating awareness of the role of Project Management Institute Tanzania, promoting national development through project management, increasing PMI membership, and fostering strategic partnerships.
