Mazingira Initiative
The PMI Tanzania Chapter in partnership with Kinondoni district established the mazingira initiative. The aim of the initiative is to plant not less than 300 trees in Kinondoni. Also create and facilitate better ways of disposing waste in the district.
Ladies in PM Initiative
The initiative's objectives are to empower and advocate women in project management with the tools, resources needed to excel in their careers. To create a supportive community of women project managers and industry leaders to foster collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge sharing. Also to educate and train women in workshops, webinars, and certification programs tailored to the specific needs of women, enhancing their skills and qualifications in project management

The best way to learn is being guided by experts in the field. PMI Tanzania Chapter has given an opportunity for its members to learn from each other through its mentorship program where experienced project managers mentor new members in the field.
