DESCRIPTION:Andy Burns is well known for fitting 30 minutes of content into a 50 minute webinar and telling bad jokes. This event is no exception in introducing the Disciplined Agile Toolkit. Have you been left wondering how to start being agile by vague instructions on how to do Scrum? Have you been oppressed by heavyweight frameworks and the Agile Industrial Complex telling you how to ‘do agile?’ Trying to reach Business Agility but not dealing with strictly Software Engineering, or software at all? This event is for you!
Andy Burns PMP, PMI-ACP, DACI, SPC is a founding member of the Siemens Digital Industries Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE).  Following the SAFe roadmap Siemens Product Lifecycle Management stood up more than a dozen Agile Release Trains (ART) for more than 1,200 Software Engineers. Over the course of this global rollout Andy trained several hundred people worldwide in person and in a virtual classroom.
Andy is also a Disciplined Agile Certified Instructor (DACI).  Andy is actively teaching several virtual DA courses as well as Live Virtual PMP, PMI-ACP, and SAFe.  Andy is a longtime volunteer with PMI at the Local and Global level.  The information offered up in this session is a solidarity commitment to help everyone adapt to today’s challenges!  DA is a right at home in a virtual world!
